Ok, I'm slowly going through 500 Greatest Songs of All Time (I'm at 50 now), there are a lot of songs that just aren't up to my valley, but I found some nice ones too along the way (they aren't necessarily from this list, but are written by the bands or people from it).
Led Zeppelin - Stairway to Heaven (very nice, I was surprised by it)
Guns N' Roses - November Rain (and number of other songs)
Metallica - Nothing Else Matters (and both Muster of Puppets, Metallica - albums)
I do not like this one: "Wind of Change" by Scorpions, but it's definitely nostalgic, never expected to see it (it's a 1990 power ballad written by Klaus Meine, vocalist of of the German heavy metal band Scorpions).
I do plan to cover all songs from this list in time.
